Yesterday I got a call from Sweden from a lady. She was enquiring about the product and knew what exactly she wanted. That was very nice to hear as I could give her the precise answers.

The conversation is much easier, the goal achieved and the call ended with mutual satisfaction. Most of the times, people call without a very clear idea of what they want. By calling someone without a very clear idea, you only create problems for yourself. Get to understand what you want and why and what is the level of severity of the want. This will help you negotiate most of the queries counter-posed and will leave you with a very high level of satisfaction with the conversation. Else it will be a very strenuous affair as one constructs the requirements for the first time at runtime.

Most of the conversations are open ended hence no one is the wiser. What a pity!
