Performance Improvements
List and summary views should now load considerably faster.
Notify New Record Owners When Record is Reassigned
If, for example, a Sales Manager assigns a lead to a Salesperson, a workflow can now be created to automatically notify the Salesperson of the new lead assignment.
Support Ticket Email Notifications Now Include Comments
When a comment is added to a support ticket, the email notification sent to the customer will now include this comment along with the other ticket details.
