We have hilited the jobs board in the site. It somehow seemed too inconspicuous. We have changed the color of the Jobs Board tab to a different color to differentiate it.
Funny, when I looked at it the first time we made the tab, it looked good. After a brief hiatus, it seems inconspicuous. I guess, that is what is called retention of an idea. At the first instant, it does not really seem anything miraculous but obvious but it is actually not so. Sometimes, I feel all the great things have been already said. We just have to put the old wine in a new bottle and rebrand it 🙂
