To give you an insight on whats coming in the next version of vtiger (vtiger 5.2), this is a second video of the series of video`s we are planning to put out.
As everyone is aware of Mail Scanner in vtiger 5.1.0, it has been extended to scan multiple mailboxes in vtiger 5.2.
The earlier version supported only single mailbox scanning at a time.
The enhanced version allows you to scan multiple inboxes at a time and create or update a Trouble Ticket, Contact, or an Account.
