We are looking into the code base to see how we can make the product more customizable in terms of the end users and the developers. There is a process in place now for the documentation also.
The Wiki will be the center for all the (mis)happenings :-)! The entire documentation or life history of vtiger will be jotted down there alone.
The dev forums and code-contributions have been shutdown so that the mailing list is the single point of contact for the developers and the trac for the bugs.
