Vtiger recognized as a niche player in the Gartner Magic 2024 Quadrant for SFA

We are thrilled to announce that Gartner has recognized Vtiger as one of the 13 vendors in the 2024 Salesforce Automation (SFA) Magic Quadrant! 

This achievement highlights our commitment to innovation and excellence in sales automation, as the number of vendors has decreased from 19 to 13 over the past six years.

This inclusion is part of Gartner’s broader evaluation framework, categorizing vendors based on their ability to execute and complete their vision in various technology markets, including sales force automation. The recognition aims to guide organizations in selecting effective SFA solutions to enhance their sales process and customer relationship management efforts.

The selection process involved a rigorous Request for Information (RFI) with 194 questions, focusing significantly on AI-based features. This selection results from collaborative efforts across all departments, including development, quality assurance, operations, product management, sales, marketing, support, and customer success.

 Here is a short overview of Vtiger’s SFA enhancements over the past year: 

  • Prompt Builder: The Calculus AI Prompt Builder enables CRM administrators to create customized AI prompts that refine Calculus AI’s ability to generate personalized responses based on specified data attributes and guidance. Each prompt has instructions and essential CRM data. 
  • Ask Calculus AI: The Ask Calculus AI feature enables users to interact directly with Calculus AI through commands. This facilitates better decision-making with easy access to information, saves time by creating records and reports from natural language queries, and provides deal summaries in seconds.
  • Bot management: Bot Management in Calculus AI allows you to ensure bots effectively handle customer queries and escalate complex issues to agents, customize and fine-tune bot responses for consistent and accurate results that meet customer expectations, and provide data insights and analytics into bot queries, including the status of FAQs accepted, to be reviewed, not rated, and newly added.
  • Layout Designer: The Vtiger Layout Designer lets you easily customize module layouts with a drag-and-drop feature. This allows you to organize data to meet the specific needs of different users and improve your CRM experience.

We thank the Gartner SFA MQ team for their efforts in revamping the SFA RFI questionnaire and setting a roadmap and a challenge for the vendors. Please stay tuned for exciting new features in September, including enhancements to Vtiger’s Predictive AI capabilities, enabling more intelligent decision-making and forecasting. We are also introducing Chat Flows to build self-servicing chatbots. The upcoming release will also enhance marketing List management for more effective campaigns. It will introduce a feature to automatically extract contact details from email signatures, saving time and improving data accuracy.
