Initially, Selha Group solely relied on SAP, which mostly served as ERP for production, planning, etc. They could not manage customer database, online application for field sales reps, and so on. Franck stated that the former sales manager at Selha Group was familiar with Vtiger CRM, and the company thus decided to make the switch.
