Calculus AI's Bot Setup page allows you to easily train the text model with your Articles, FAQs, and Documents. Now, Bot Setup includes the Prompt Builder.
Prompt Builder comes pre-loaded with Data Templates that you can use in prompts (for example, Contact-related deals). To create a prompt, you should select the data (template) that you wish to send to the model, and the prompt guidance (your query), and let the model give you the answer.
Examples of custom prompts:
1) Draft an email to book a demo appointment
In the prompt, you can include the link to the article that has information about the role-specific benefits. Calculus AI will first check the role of the contact, and then look up information on the right benefits for that role in the article and draft an email.
2) Share a draft to request a follow-up meeting
By looking at related deals and cases mentioned in the prompt and your text guidance, Calculus AI will prepare an email draft.
3) Which deals are more likely to close?
By looking at the deal-related information included in the prompt, Calculus AI will identify the deals that are most likely to close.
