When I log in every day, the CRM takes me to this page where I can see all cases and escalations where I am mentioned. This helps me respond to those on priority.
I can configure rules and receive notifications for specific events. This makes me accountable for those actions and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.
In Split view, I can see today's events/tasks. Once completed, I can mark them as held from this page.
My Actions - I can see the lists I have configured with List View counts in the My Lists section.
My Actions - I can view, reject or accept the records waiting for my approval.
