  • You can now integrate Pinnacle with Vtiger CRM and WhatsApp to send and manage WhatsApp messages directly from the CRM.

Enhancements

  • Email Templates - You can use the Created by User Merge Tag to include your signature or a CRM user’s signature in a template you create. You can include the signature configured in the  My Preferences page. This tag is available for all modules where you create email templates.
  • Print Templates - Date formats as per European standards (dd.mm.yyyy) are now available in Print Templates. For example, you can now send a quote and related document from the CRM with the date in the DD.MM.YYYY date format.
