The case for AI over UI

AI Agents make UI-based apps more friendly by reducing the need to learn application screens.

One of the barriers to user adoption for traditional business apps is the learning curve. Training is often required to familiarize users with an application's screens and features. UI screens such as lists, dashboards, forms, and various configuration screens take some time to get used to.

The other big barrier is the manual entry of data. Users find it easier to enter data in a spreadsheet than in an application form. 

AI Agents are changing this for the better. Users will be able to do what they need through AI Agents. Whether it is getting summaries of deals, drafting replies, updating deal information, scheduling meetings, or generating reports, AI assistants can do all this in a friendly chat interface, greatly reducing the need to learn the UI.

Here are a few examples.

  • While it might take a human (e.g. a Sales Manager) 15 minutes to process comments, emails, and documents on a deal, an AI assistant can do all this in 15 seconds and provide you with a summary. 
  • While it might take one hour for an SDR to sift through a list of 50 leads and prioritize the top 10 to call today, an AI assistant can do it in seconds.

AI can bring a positive change to every role in a business. Whatever your role may be in the office, an AI assistant can help you do it better. It can save time, provide insights to enhance conversations, provide timely reminders, and draft emails.
