To deliver a great customer experience, salespersons and service executives should be well informed, supported, and aided with the right tool to facilitate meaningful conversations. Not surprisingly, sales coaching tools are seeing an uptick in adoption, as selling has become much more nuanced. It is, in fact, no longer about just the product you sell. Salespersons have to do the right research, reach out at the right time, say the right thing in meetings, send the right words in an email or the right document, and handle objections the right way. To improve the win percentage, salespersons need the right coaching. With the Coaching Module in Vtiger, enabled by the Calculus AI engine, sales and customer service managers have become mentors. They view the calls that are automatically flagged for review based on different parameters (Talk2Listen Ratio, Mood, Pauses). Managers can review the calls and emails and rate them on custom parameters (Greeting score, Closing message) configured by them. We are now pleased to complement the Coaching Module with a built-in Learning Management System (LMS). Trainers can now create courses with concepts (lessons/chapters) and exercises to make it easy for staff to acquire knowledge and excel. Trainers can also configure questions and quizzes to help automatically assess the readiness of the salesperson or customer service executive. With features such as the Validity period (For example, 6 months), the LMS is set up to automatically prompt employees to retake a course and quiz.
