Improving Chat Conversations with AI Chatflows

People prefer chatting over email or phone for convenience and speed. To provide the best experience, chat applications need to be able to easily direct the customer to the right individual or team or the job-specific AI agent (for example: book a demo, check case status, get a quote, place an order) or just point them to the right help document.

AI Chatflows in Vtiger make it easy for administrators to set up flows tailored to their clientele. For example, in the first message, the chat flow can prompt visitors to choose between Sales or Support. After the user selects an option, the chat flow can help them seek additional details such as the product they are interested in as a next step. 

Chatflows support various actions, including transferring the chat to a specific group, asking for information (for example: email, phone, issue details), or invoking an AI bot. Information entered by visitors can be mapped automatically to fields in the Chat record.

Chatflows are efficient in: 

  • Getting users the information they need quickly. 
  • Saving agents’ time by collecting user information required to fulfill requests.
  • Reducing the number of support requests on other channels (for example: Calls).
