Booster Pack for line items in a Deal (Opportunity)

The new Booster Pack for the Line Item block in the Deals (Opportunity) module lets you add more fields to the Line Item block if you have exceeded the field limits for your edition.

  • Each pack will allow 10 custom fields
  • The maximum number of packs allowed is 10.
  • Price - $15 per month.
 

Custom Font Add-on

You can now add custom fonts specific to your business through the Custom Fonts Add-on. This font will then be available along with the default fonts in your CRM instance.

  • Supported font types:  .ttf, .otf, .woff, .woff2
  • Max file size: 5MB
  • Max fonts allowed: 50
 

Invoices for Billable Tasks
  • Those in the service industry (such as Beauty and Wellness, Travel, etc.) can easily create invoices using Billable Tasks. The More option in Tasks, Projects, and Contacts now lists Invoices. You can generate invoices for completed tasks in a Project for a customer from the Contacts page.
  • You can also add Time logs for each billable task you create.

Events

One of my favorite features in the Vtiger CRM is Events. 

It is incredibly useful for managing my activities, such as creating meetings and applying for leave. It allows me to create detailed event records, including date, time, meeting notes, and location.

Three things that caught my attention:

  • Global Access: I can set up meetings from anywhere within the CRM without necessarily going to the Events module.
  • Seamless Integration with Google Calendar: This makes it easier to sync my scheduled events across all devices.
  • Customizable Reminders: These can be set at different intervals, such as days, hours, or minutes, ensuring I stay updated about all my important meetings or events beforehand.

What truly sets the Events feature apart is its ability to simplify the leave application process. Instead of drafting lengthy leave applications, I can create leave events directly in the CRM. It is a straightforward process that saves time and effort making it one of the most convenient features that I use.
